Dean joined Hogan Real Estate in September 2020. With more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Dean has gained valuable expertise working with Form G Commercial Advisors and serving as principal broker for Retail Sites Plus. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate while specializing in retail site selection.

While representing Junior Bridgeman’s restaurant group, Bridgeman Foods, he assisted in the expansion of Chili’s and Mark’s Feed Store, restaurant dispositions, and the relocation of the Bridgeman Foods headquarters. He played a vital role in the initial entry of Tire Discounters to the Kentucky market, representing the group in 12 new locations.

As a CCIM designee, Dean has worked with national retailers including Hardee’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Firehouse Subs, Family Dollar, Skyline Chili, Little Caesar’s, Value Place Hotels and several others. Throughout his real estate career, he has been a member of ICSC, Kentucky CCIM Chapter and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.

After growing up in Louisville and attending Holy Cross High School, Dean earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in 1992 while being selected captain of the Wildcat football program his senior year. He spent 9 years in the National Football League with the Seattle Seahawks and Carolina Panthers prior to entering commercial real estate.
